After months of unsuccessfully trying to find this resource, I decided to start my own. Several Race Team sponsors offer collectible DieCast cars as promotional items. As a frustrated collector of these cars, I seemed to find out too late to get my hands on Limited Issue cars or complete sets. So I decided to put together this website and newsletter as a service to other frustrated collectors. I hoped to put together a network of Marketers, Restocking Technicians and collectors to send out nationwide alerts when new offers become available. Now there are fewer Promos (economy?), and information is scarce!

Subscribe to the newsletter for future emailed issues and instant alerts. I will send out an "Instant Alert" within a couple of days of receiving a report of a new promotion. I will first try to find the promotion here in Central Wyoming, or hope I get a confirmation from another collector. We will see how well the "Instant Alert" idea works out, please let me know your thoughts on this idea.

After I can confirm a promotion, it will appear as a "News Flash" in the next issue of ScaleCarPromo newsletter. As soon as I can get my hands on one myself, I'll try to critique and detail the car in an upcoming issue. In some cases, promotions are not readily available throughout the country and I will give you a contact of someone that may be willing to hoard and sell these to collectors. There is always the possibility of a promotional item appearing on eBay, I won't be trying to keep up with these since they will only be current for about a week.

I'm also hoping to get some of the people involved in marketing these items to give me information on new releases. So far I haven't been successful, so I hope to get a large network of collectors. I also hope to get some information from those folks that work the weird hours, that stores rely on to restock their shelves. After the marketers, they're the people who would find the promotions, even before the collector/customer.

Before it's too Late! This is a free subscription, and I'm not doing this so I can quit my day job, but even non-profit organizations get money to cover operational costs.
